7 min miles will be the slowest it will be, some courses no one can keep up with the pti and yes 9:30 is the pass mark and again i have seen a course where no one has come under 9:30
sany the governer who are you no being cheeky mate.

you said you have seen COURSES ??? how many courses you done like ?????
Mate sandy is a PTI in the PARA's so you don't wanna get cheeky with him like you did in some of your earlier posts you mad bastard lol. Wouldn't be surprised if we meet him on Tuesday, not a good idea to get on the wrong side of him before you get there dude. Trust if he says it's a 7 min mile it will be a 7 min mile.

He's a Para PTI at Catterick mucker, he does the PRAC!

Yeah I'm going for the Para's mate, on the October intake. Haven't had to do the PRAC though, been in before and my recruiter is pretty sound so said I didn't need to go up there, bit lucky really!

Don't worry yourselves about the times of the runs and stuff, keep up with the PTI when you need to then just give your best effort on the 1.5 mile part.

Be good if you pass and get on the October intake boys! 8)
Lol yeah I'll definately stay out of the pub this weekend, I've been waiting for this for a very long time, there's no way I'd do anything to ruin my chances. It's gonna be the most important 3 days of my life!!!

It's just the waiting now, doing my head in! And still got another 8 weeks to go! But it will all be worth it in the end! Having to come out before has just made me more determind to pass the course and get the 'maroon machine'! 8)
