casual user, thats all I am. When I say casual, I mean frequent.
I can't decide if that should be a paradox, or an oxymoron ... but I like the idea of casually frequent drinking ... or frequently casual drinking

top marks to the paradox police.
however......
I continue to have casual drinking sessions....on a frequent basis. By casual, I mean nothing formal ie weddings
get out of that one without moving

buy a pair of running trainers run as far as possible in a hour, find a massive hill run up it as fast as u can then walk down do that few times, sprint 100 metres then walk or jog 100 repeat that 10 times, go on long runs will build your stamina and on windy days go running in to the wind

I would, but it would be a formal affair - non-casual.
there is a difference between formal and casual drinking. You wear a tie for the 1st.

I'd wear my best black dress for formal drinking, and would drink champagne as well ... for the casual drinking, it's be pints of lager while wearing jeans and a T-shirt ... and spilling a lot of beer on myself

After the amount of beer I'll be spilling, that might have to be an option ...
