Treadmill problem
i think that 3 miler will help a lot, when i did my prmc we lost half the group on it, and it wasn't even fast, i did my pjft in just under 830 and im usually the handbrake when we do troop runs at unit, so if you're just scraping the bottom of the barrel then i think you should reconsider before you go, you should be confident that you will pass it with flying colors and that its not the type of thing thats going to be a close call, you control the speed on the treadmills and my advice for anyone is to put the speed up as fast as you can run for as long as you can and thats what i did and it seem to work, so maybe try that instead.

I did the run a week ago , and found at the speed of 7.5 Mph I managed the first half at 11:30. Took my minute rest and did the second one at 9.5 Mph, and came in at 9:30 , although I was pretty damn tired.
I redid it again today using the same speed guidelines , but added the 2 incline they say you need. Much harder. The first 1.5 was still pretty easy, but the second run was much harder. I had to adjust the speed a number of times going from 9.5 , to 9.0, then to 8.0 , and finally ramping it too 10 for the final minute. I got the 1.5 miles on the dot when it hit 10:30. Too close of a call. I need to focus more on running high speed versus long endurance. Also the 2 incline does make a big difference in my opinion.
Hope this helps people on what speed to put the treadmill on !.
