Yeh mate that's nothing. You'll be doing them everyday in RT lol

So weights wont get you strong trunk arms and legs... OH MAN, i must havemissed something?....

Nope, but high rep, low rest bodyweight exercises are preferential to weights if you had to choose either or.

Mix up the both!

You do actually do weighs to a small degree in RT, the MSC (military strength circuit).
You only do it about 4 times but is an awesome workout.
Combines shuttle runs, firemans carries and double marking time etc with things like squats, ropeclimbs and sledgepulls. It is prep for the bottom field.
