Peoples training programs.

Well, I was doing:

Sunday night - swim
Monday eve - BMF (http://www.britmilfit.com)
Tuesday eve - turbo + body conditioning
Wed - either run am or BMF eve
Thurs - circuits (run at Sports Centre, 20 stations, I can't remember them all)
Friday am - swim
Saturday am - BMF

But have decided I might have been over-doing it a bit, so am now just picking and choosing from above as and when I feel properly recovered from the previous session, which generally comes out at about 4 sessions a week.

All in aid of triathlon training, btw.
