thanks for all the advice everyone, i had my yomp this morning and i though id try all of the suggestions 1 by 1, the first i tried was loosoning the strap on my bergan which worked wonders so there was no need for any other methods thanks for all the advice i recieved

I had the same problem when I wore me Oppos jockstrap by mistake whilst playing rugby he'em were a bit "Smaller" than I were so after 30 minutes I thought me Knackers had Revolted and turned on me!! :D
