Yep i remember that - nice one eddie

Seems the Royal and blue peter get along well - i mean sure they do other army, airfoce and navy things on the show but Royal are always on it from what it looks like 8) Or is that just me ?!
I don't really know what to say here - apart from GOOD LUCK to everyone going to PRMC or POC - remember: people here have been there and come out alive, pass or fail....its YOUR EFFORTS that count!!!

I'm the one who uploaded the video to both google and you tube. You guess right in thinking that it was recored onto vhs and then converted to digital.

The original copy is well over a gig in size though and would have been impossible to upload to any free file hosting site.

If you have any other RM videos on vhs and you think they would be beneficial to the community, if you send them to me I would be quite happy to convert in to digital and then upload. You would obviosly get your orginal copy back unscathed.

I have just watched all 3 parts and would lie to say thank you. Its strange watching it as you obviously recognise the accomadation, gym, bottom field etc.

In my opinion, that PRMC looked harder than the one I participated in. The presenter had a very good attitude and was trying his heart out!

Before you insult someone, first walk a mile in their shoes, that way when you insult them, you are a mile away and you have their shoes.

Thanks for taking the time and effort to put the video onto the internet.

The video's were great, and another good insight into what goes on down there.

Cheers again

Different bloke that did the 30 miler. Gethin somethingorother (a taff).

Nice video though, first good video explanation of a regain I've seen.

Damn that looks like a difficult technique to master!
