Cheers Sabbo! I was gonna join 899 after my first PRMC.....time sure flies when you're (not) having fun.....being injured :P

Talking of injury, I have a REAL annoying groin injury at the moment (right up the top of the thigh bone on the front....I think thats still classed as the groin). Its really affecting my training. Hopefully I will be able to pull through this and get on this course. I REALLY wanna get on there.

Sounds like a pain i've been having, only happens when my leg moves back (i.e walking motion), I laid off training for a week and it seems to have gone.

Never thought it could be a groin injury..but it makes sense as i've really stepped up my running recently, and once or twice not warmed up propperly.

Is it all ok now MrC? Fingers crossed, mine has cleared up just in time. It still niggles, but I'm gonna go for it anyway. Only problem now though is my phys is crap! I REALLY need to work hard this week before RT!

Have you all gone and bought Iron's etc? I just went shopping today. Spend something like £100! (new iron, watch etc - you dont NEED a watch, but I thought it would be wise).

I'm looking forward to it, but at the same time, bricking it!
