Since when does age matter?

Take a certain French politician for example.

And how does that give you the right to act like Mr Special Forces when you've never attempted any type of military training?

Fair enough, neither have I. But at least I keep my gob shut and don't try to argue with the old and bold.

I see, well, lesson learned about correcting marines. Next time maybe I will pretend to fake a limp so as they thing I am persisting even with that.

Felias we are all bloody nice chaps on here to be honest and if the girls shaved they'd be nice too

Just think before typing bud, even I say the wrong thing from time to time so you havent got to be squeaky clean. Just if your going to comment on military issues when there are serving and ex members of the forces reading what you write, and those comments are a tad bone, then expect some flak.

If your here to learn and prep for the forces or you have a general interest then fine, just remember who else uses these forums. It grieves us to get some gobbing little twonk mouth off on things other people have lived, not read.

Youve had a warning, take it onboard and learn from it. These forums are great and you can get alot out of them. Just engage brain before finger ok!

Feely Arse I was 17 when I joined the Corp, am now 50.

You say your 20? Try acting like it then because you are really annoying me and that aint happened in a long time. There a guys on this forum just 16 years old and they have more common sense in their little finger than you have in your entire body.

Try engaging your brain before hitting the keyboard. That way you will get decent replies to decent posts. Carry on calling people like me a "Nonce" and you are not going to last very long at all. OK?

Felias wrote:In my cadet detachment, we focus lots on fitness and fieldcraft. What are the Commando warmups like??? are they similar to mine, eg 3 different configurations of circuit, start with x10 pressups, S thrusts, reverse squats, then 20 situps/15 bench hops then 10 military presses then sprit back and touch wall and sprint back again and do opposing teams circuit in reverse order. After that our PTI(ex RM sniper, qualified PTI) told us we would be going for a run, he then got a bunch of medicine balls and we went running, after about 10 15 minutes we stopped and started doing dips and sprints in the pairs we were in. After a further 5 minutes we stopped and started on incline chinups(overgrasp). We then ran for a further 7 minutes and stopped because of vehicle told to sprint to a lamppost about 100 meters away and sprint back with partners + balls. After that jogged on the spot for about 5 minutes because others were stopping on the spot they were going back and fourth. After that, we started running again for another 10 minutes then got down and did pressups on the medicine ball while the partner sprinted(mine was completely out of steam) after that we said something to medicine ball and gave it a kiss, we carried on running for another minute and stopped and did situps, out PTI said 60 situps in as much time as you like, I did 80 in 1:20. Pressups, I had my position ripped to pieces, instead of arms tucked I was told to do them with arms a little out and hands SWA(shoulder). I managed 50 crap ones with big pauses after 30(was knackered). So after this we spent the next 10 minutes running back to the unit. I was carrying the ball for the entire time. Still had much more left in me though. Is this a fraction of what is done on fitness training??
Dam - all that and he still didnt tell you how to use paragrapghs.

Feely Arse'
Most people are capable of learning from their mistakes however it seems that you're just either incapable or unwilling. Doesn't really matter which as I believe you're a complete ARSE anyway!

spoken true from the heart H_N :D
Feely, you cant really expect any other response from the old and bold on this site if you simply dismiss their information in place of your own from your copius amount of years in the forces. They know what there talking about so just shut up and listen to be frank. W.W.W
