If it's methane that causes global warming, surely Heinz must be one of the biggest contributers.

First off,

This is the 'UK Military Forums' this isn't Basic Training. You think because you served in a New Zealand infantry regiment it gives you the right to attack spooky for believing bio-terrorism is more of a threat than global warming?!

In the first place, the question of whether global warming is even HAPPENING is split 50/50 in the scientific community. Many scientists will point out that, historically, a mild heating up of the earth occurs just before an ICE AGE.

Second,

I will be joining the 'BRITISH ARMY', my application was sent off 2 weeks ago. I lived in the NE of Enlgand for a while and im quite aware of how soldiers act and respond to aggression, including my own. The nightclubs were full of squaddies and even the odd para.

Third,

I still don't see how any of this gives you cart blanche to come onto the forums and attack spooky for an opinion.

Enough of me, what about u eh??!

You served 5 years in a New Zealand Infantry Regiment, what rank did u achieve?? What operations did you take part of??? If you want my respect on a 'FORUM', perhaps you should act more collected bud.

If you continue to throw hot air at me, this convo will go nowhere.

most people who've studied this problem understand its naturaly occuring, most people with a brain realise that humans are drasticly accelerating the process by our greedy and unwarrented use of substanses that are magnifying the problem.
bio-terrorism is a minor threat compared to this, global warming could very well end the human race, bio-terror will take out a few regions at most. still pretty bad but not on the same level.
congratulations you meet some drunk squaddies, you are certainly qualified to led the SAS now, well done SIR.
you spooky's bodyguard?
as for me :) your ignorance is amazing, id suggest you learn a wee bit about postions and ranks in the army before you go to basic it may make your life a little bit easier.
BTW its 'THE' Royal New Zealand Infantry Regiment.
5 yrs as a section commander, whats that you ask?
you'll find out on your basic when one is running you until you puke.
ive forgotten how many smart arses like you i had to break in in my time
what ops was i in? who the f@#k are you to ask? do you know what OPSEC is?
you just dont know your place.
and listen boy, you must earn my respect, ive been there done that you havent even cleaning the the ablution block yet.
im not going to waste my time telling you things if you wont listen.

Look,

Im just gonna repeat myself.

This is a forum where one has the right to express themselves within certain boundaries. This isn't BT yet Bud! You want me to respect you, act like an adult. Not like some hell bent DI.

Your first posts were all inflamatory, granted ill give you that what Ex-UKRN said was out of line. But then it just seemed to form a pattern from there.

Im quite aware of what Operational Security is. That doesn't mean operations aren't EVER published. They're reported all the time for gods sake! Why would you even bring up OPSEC?? Unless of course every single operation you took part of was some sort of SF deal...????

This is ridiculous anyways.

errr...Redhand OUT!!
