You got muscle strain eh? Bad luck mate. I strained my shoulder muscles around the front from the press ups down at prmc. They healed after a couple of weeks though. Yea i'd say thats fckin brilliant training considering you've had flu and strained muscles. It's good training even if you didn't. My boots are really nice and comfortable now yea. It didnt even take that long. I thought i'd have to ruin my feet and walk 1000's of miles before they broke in, but bow i can wear them all day and they're still comfy, and they dont rub at all. I went for a 10k run through hilly countryside (valleys and really steep hills through forrest and mud tracks and stuff, and i do pull ups on trees and press ups every so often as well. I do that everyday, i dont kno if you'd consider that good training, but it's better than nothing, lol which i hear some of the lads have done exactly that... nothing  . Yea i've got msn the address is..... moof556@hotmail.com feel free to add me and we'll have a good chat about it :) . Anyone else whos coming down with us feel free to add me aswell :D

Oh crap i just lost 5kg in a 15km run :o . Im to cheap to buy weight gainer supliments. What about milk? will that pile on the pounds coz i started drinking 1/2 litre of the stuff a day. Damn, why the hell do the marines have a minimum weight? Height is well over, eyes perfect (level 1, which is the highest), strength, endurance, stamina....5 kg under weight? Thats not good enough!
