Things you feel like doing after being hit in the liver :
-Vomitting
-Suffocating
-Shitting yourself
-Passing out
-Crying for your mummy
-Stop taking part in any kind of violent sport.......

mmm yeah he did keep is heart beat at a certain level...

and if you go on the parachute regiment plan they tell you wot mile you run per min thnks.. but a dont care will fine out on tue !

Lol, nice 1 m8, my runtime at ADSC was 8:35 (my pb is 8:12 since though) . Got grade A mate. I'll see ya at catterick on Tuesday then mate!! Were you traveling from dude?

Lol, I ain't from Liverpool though mate, I've only lived here for 9 months, I'm actually from London. But yeah if I was you would hear me before you saw me Lol!! What do you mean by there hasn't been a Grade A?

there hasnt been a grade A given to anyone at glencourse Edinburgh barracks for the army selection lol

but there has been given grade A's to people tho! just like ur seld mate :)

awww mate you know wot the medical is like ?

What @ PRAC ? Apperently it's just five mins of poking about 2 check you have no injuries. It's nothing like the 1 at ADSC from what I've heard, thank F••k lol. Wats your name btw mate?

I don't wanna know where lol. My names lloyd mate, have u had your joining instructions yet, mine came through this morning, just on me way to get my rail warrent, and a pair of flip flops haha !!

flip flops haha there for the showers buddy ! wot eles does it say ?

they told me on the phone yesterday that there might be spaces in september !!

jacket/coat
casual civvie clothes for evening
several pairs underwear & socks
thick pair of boot socks
running shoes/trainers
3 pt tops & shorts
trakkie top
shaving gel & razor
tooth brush & paste
large towel
flip flops
shower gel
deodorant
2 strong padlocks (key type)
phone mp3 player etc.

That's everything on mine mate.

Would be good if we pass and could get onto september intake innit!
