I have been a staunch Tory all my life, I still favour that party over the other two, my politics are right of centre but I am fed up with all of them, when B Liar came to power I liked his style he seemed like a right wing Tory and stole the Tory middle ground. The past 3 (?) years or so he has become dictatorial, I almost forgot there were other people in his shadow cabinet, he appears to be a one man band. He is not democratically getting the backing of his party on some of his proposed bills, the trouble is not too many want to oppose him in case a vote of no confidence is called, he loses power and a lot of his members lose their job. Instead of towing the party line those MP's should be thinking of Britain first not their own necks.
I don't particularly like the Tories at the moment, I think they have lost their way, if they adopted the policies of the BNP we would all vote for that, but because they won't then I shall have to move to the right of centre and vote for the BNP, now if anyone wants to call me a racist because of that then so be it........!

By the looks of it the BNP are running away with it, I wonder how the rest of the population will vote. Sad to say but I think that Labour will win again

I totally agree with you, people arent racist because they are voting for the BNP its more of a tool to show the leading parties they arent good enough and they need to reform. I dont know whether i would vote for the BNP but i understand people that do, its more of a statment and is showing the main parties they arent the only ones out there.

Heres my simple thought.
Its an age thing,youngsters (not thugs)would not vote B.N.P because they say we have got to all live together on this planet (never mind you soon learn later on in life).
Then you have the older people, ( At 43 im probably the last generation who have respect for society and dont expect something for nothing )
who have fought wars and fought for what they belived to be a better world only to told get to the back of the queue we have to deal with the imagrants first.
"o you have been broken into, your medals nicked and youve had a good beating,never mind your medals are not worth much are they,still the poor lad who broke in probably comes from a broken home so when we catch him we will have to send him on a holiday to Kenya.
What you as a pensioner cant afford to go away on holiday,you people your allways moaning".
My father who is 83 has said even he would probably vote for B.N.P and he fought in WW11 now what about THAT.
Its getting to a point that im fed up of watching what i say,
Free speech,well its free speach for certain types .
It gets me wound up when people of different beliefs moan about the way we live and what we do.Funny these people ,and im not just on about muslims ,im on about the tree huggers as well rant and rave.
Well why dont the rastas and muslims and all the other people that dont like the country or our beliefs go to a country that would apreciate there moaning. O,FUNNY THERE ISNT ONE.
As for tree huggers,funny how when you see them on the t.v they look like the great unwashed.I know you get the occasional normal person who explains there belief in sensible manor,but they are missing a big point.
IF IT WASNT FOR US FIGHTING WARS THEY WOULDNT BE ABLE TO PROTEST LIKE THEY DO.
I would like to point out at this point and this always sounds corny,
That i have a good friend who is Muslim and his true beliefs are great.He has family values,works very hard to improve the life of his family.He also apreciates what he has got.
I have a black mate as well ( yes i said black )who finds pc a bit embarasing.
Bassicaly(spelling)this country needs a kick up the arse and a bit of a reality check.

your right on the free speech front if it wasnt for those who fought there wouldnt be free speech and its funny how when at school i wnated to start a support our troops day and get donations to send supplies out to our troops i wasnt allowed to do that but a group of younger pupils were allowed to put up posters hang a large banner on the front gates condeming the war!! Oh and by the way im an evil facist for wanting to join the military at least thats what our friends who love there free speech said.

Kind of on the same topic here while we are ranting. Has anyone noticed the number of ethnic minorities on tv! I'm not racist, but think about it, ethnic minorities make up 10% of our population, yet get alot more coverage, BBC asian network etc. I'm thinking of campaigning for BBC white middle class network. What do you think.

It's so refreshing to read this thread and see that there are other people out there who think like I do. I'm not a racist or fascist, but I believe that if people want to come to this country they should abide by OUR rules and OUR customs, not the other way around.
Near where I live the signs are in two different languages (english and some asian language, urdu???), yet this is Britain (not sure if it's great any more), if people want to come and live here they should learn the bloody language at least!
My mum used to work for Newham council (crap area in London if any of you don't know), as she was in charge of childrens services she planned to organise easter workgroups for the kids to keep them entertained during the easter holidays. She was told that she was not allowed to call them easter workgroups in case it offended minorities. She then replied by asking, how come they are allowed to have diwali (sp.?) groups then, as christians may get offended. As usual the silly tw*t in charge did not have an answer.
The thing that is interesting with most of these cases of PC directives is that they come not from minority groups but bored left-wing politicians who have nothing better to do than antagonise the people of this country. Most minority groups actually oppose rulings like the one by the Red Cross (when it banned xmas cards showing tracitional scenes from its stores).
One of the main reasons I want to join the marines is to get away from all this PC crap and be able to have an opinion without fear of offending a homeless black lesbian dwarf. I just hope that come the next general election the government actually pulls its head out of the sand and realises the harm it is doing to this country, otherwise the backlash is not going to be pretty.

griffo,you,re right there.There always has to be the pc advert,dosnt matter if you over do the black thing because the whites wont complain because they will be classed as rasist.
An important point though.Dont tar everyone with the same brush.
Dont jump to conclusion.(no not you griffo) everyone
A fine example: This is true.I have just given blood and when i first entered the room i was looking around and out of 40 people only one was asian.
There i thought that proves my point.
On finishing my donation i had the cup of tea and biscuit,
As it happened i sat next to the Asian.
We started talking and guess what.
He had spoken to the nurse and wondered why he was the only Asian,
Her reply was the Asians were excellent blood donors but they preferd to wait for when the blood donor team went to there mosks.It seemed that they felt a bit funny donating elsewhere.
So,this includes me,dont jump to conclusions.

I don't think that voting BNP is being racist, in fact I know its not, look at the number of people around you that are middle class, next time you talk to a mate ask him/her if they would vote BNP in believing in bringing back hanging, getting out of Europe, having a strong armed forces, strong economy, police force on the streets not behind a desk, banish immigration Brown, Black or White.
Of course if you like Machine Gun culture on the streets of big cities, dirty ghetto areas, taxes squandered like there is no tomorrow, PC Brigade, rapists and criminals that we have to house and feed forever and a day and the way Britain is generally going down the pan then continue voting Labour/Tory/SDP, it's your call, I'm looking for something better for my grandchildren to grow up in, if it means regimentation for the future then thats what I want not the crap society that we have today, where the rich fatcats get richer and fatter but a fair system for everyone who maybe underpriviledged, unintelligent but above all has pride in their country and community and again that goes for all that are brown, white or black.

I wonder how many of these economic migrants, asylum seekers would do a runner if a major war kicked off, a war on the scale of WW2, I know everyone here of fighting age would be down the local council or recruiting office signing up right away, and many, if not all would never return...
