yea and linkin park is gd to run to too.
Apparently some expreriment proved that running to classical music improves performance and speed more than any other type of music, altho I've never tried running to it let alone listening to it lol

Ah you got me, I just can't get enough of beethoven, pavarotti etc .. I only suggested evanescence and linkin park as I wanted to appear cool to military forum readers

I once borrowed my wife's ipod and Robbie williams came on. it destroyed me. I ended up breaking a bottle and trying to cut my legs off.
Kings of leon are a good training suggestion tho.

I have quite a bit of classical music, so might give that a go too....
But I can't do Kings of Leon ... sorry, I hate their crap music!

Kasabian are good to get you going! Kings of Leon are abit too slow and mellow most of the time!

I'm a bit obsessed with 'Use Somebody' at the mo so I'd have to agree with the lizzard
Although I am a bit concerned that he's an alcolholic
