Gotcha, i thought CAB would help with anything and everything? i know they've helped me with job issues in the past, thou it took a long... long... long time to find anything concrete from them.

I'll keep those interested on this subject updated on what happens.

CAB is a fantastic institution. The Low Pay Unit, however, deals solely with employment issues and their info is sh*t hot and up to the minute. You don't have to make an appointment ..... a phone call will suffice.

And you don't have to be low paid to use them! :D

Sorry, folks. I meant to move this to General Discussions as I thought it may be of interest to others who wouldn't necessarily read the Army section.

However, I messed up and it ended up here. There doesn't appear to be a way to shift it back, so, sorry for the inconvenience.

I will ask the boss to rectify the situation.

Adam, could you ask what kind of defence my cousin has against loosing his job for what i see an un-just cause. and what he can do to support himself between the time of loosing his job and signing papers to join the army.

Quick update for those interested..

The company removed him from their personell register even tho he gave a leaving date, the company done the proper papper work but haven't payed him any wages.. so he got in touch with the correct people, now the company have to pay him untill his notice date.. so all in all from their stupidity their down 1 man and 1 mans wages every week untill that date...

Doesn't pay to be an asshole, gotta' love Karma.
