hey gooner_27...the team tasks involve alot of speaking,its basically get from one end to another without touching the floor and collecting something on the way using planks of wood to get across, but like only a cerain amount of people are allowed on certain things at once i just been last week an my group didnt even complete one out of the 4 tasks we had to do but we all still passed, try look out for things that are going wrong and try different methods to make it quicker because you only get like 10 mins to complete each tasks, there was a girl at mine that was very vocal so everyone was listenin to her but her methods were not the best, i recognised this and gave other ways to go about it which i was praised on in the interview....make sure when ur not actively involed your still involved by givng praise and helping out verbally....hope this helps

Cool my 1st choice is air corps groundcrew, I've got my formal interview tomorrow and if that all goes well i got told selection would be soon after. Getting pretty nervous about tomorrow now

I guess it lasts as long as it lasts. You should be preoccupied with what to say and all that rather than how long it runs. Our interviews are completely different so I don't know, but then I guess they would be for every branch of the forces.
