One week to go men - prepare for glory!

Would probably be wise for us all to get a bit of a sewing circle on the go Sunday/Monday evening and have a chat about how we're gonna work together on things like the leader-led/leaderless tasks on the assault course and the current affairs discussion as looking slick as a group makes everyone look good. /quote]

Bit of a chinwag about the tasks sounds like a bloody good idea mate. Good effort. The more we work together the better off we'll all be I reckon. No one gets the beret on their own and all that.

I've wound down the PT to a light session today and tomorrow (nothing serious, just to keep ticking over for piece of mind more than anything), and my last session will be a 'good luck' session with the lads I've been training with at RMR London on Wednesday.

Not long to go now fellas. Looking forward to it.

Gulp :o

Hahaha, have fun, enjoy the scran, and the YO's!!

(Actually they may be gone for their three week course before thier Commando Tests)

Try not to be at the back, keep vocal, and know there is an end.

.....oh and don't make fun of the PTI's tight black pants during the RMFA....even if he calls you a gaylord for having your socks a bit too high. :)

I don't envy you lads but in a way I'm jelous.

Two days of hell can lead to a lifetime.... of getting hot miltary sluts who love officers.

Yep, good idea lads, - should help relax us a little too. Let's just keep each other posted on what times we're going to be arriving etc.

My last session is going to be Thursday, nothing too strenuous though on any day this week for me.

Looking forward to it now too fellas, - all the best with any last minute revision etc.
- If you overtrained, it means that you didn't train hard enough to handle that level of training

- Perseverance is the hard work you do after you get tired of doing the hard work you already did
