I AM JOINING THE ROYAL MARINES .
Never I am joining the Marines.
I was lucky since in my day everyone was
in uniform and Royal was very well known.
You could hitch lifts everywhere and the
public was more than happy to stop for you.
Autres temps autres moeurs. Helas !

I always say Royal Marines tho, I find it a matter of pride to say the full term.
