Tyson wasn't a great boxer at all, don't get me wrong he was good at what he did and I liked him but he was just a thug with power, no real skill. And as for lennox well he's shite in my opinion the only reason he dominated as there was no competition in the heavyweight division and hasn't been for years. If he was in the ring with the likes of Fraizer, Foreman, Ali, Holmes or Liston he would have no chance.
Kahn is a great talent but I think he's being rushed a little, I mean last night he got abit lucky but was great the way he responded. I think he should have stayed in the amature scene until after Bejing Olympics but greed took over.

Amir Khan fight
Obviously you’re own personal opinion, but I know allot of people who would beg to differ on that point. If you see some of his training/amateur fights he is leagues ahead of most fighter's. true he didn't have the finesse or fluency of Ali but his aggression ,intensity power saw of everyone he fought against (In his younger days) sadly after his coach, Cus D'Amato, died he lost his guidance and his fragile and in some ways childish character allowed him to be miss lead by Don King and his mob. I'm not saying he was as good as Ali but to say he wasn't a great boxer In my opinion is a bit harsh.Tyson wasn't a great boxer at all,
But as I said opinions are opinions
What happen after that was just plain sad and upsetting to see the hole Hollyfield event and his Rape charge shenanigans. He just went off the rails but one thing about the Rape charge in particular that always amazed me was the fact the woman who he supposedly raped was ,2 days later, in a beauty pageant... with out a mark on her, smiling away, now if you've been raped by mike Tyson (or anyone for that matter) I’m sure the last thing on your mind would be a beauty pageant 2 days later! But who am I to say.
Not defending his actions with Hollyfeild it was wrong and shocking to see, very sad his career fell away like that, I personally fell that with out the loss of Cus D'Amato Tyson would have kept on the rails and had a great career... I guess we will never know.

I'm not arguing here... just disagreeingas he had the power he had let him to defeat his oppenents the way he did, just wasn't a 'great' in the art of boxing if you know what i mean.
