Joining as an officer.
That really will not mean anything. You need to have broad horizons, have seen and lived a bit. Maybe been travelling and seen a bit of the world. All I am saying is have athink about who you are trying to lead and then really think if you could stand infront of them, gain their respect and lead and command them.
