1.5 miler

I started the post about the 3miler being 23minutes now. My AFCO told me that it changed due to people failing, which i personally dont think is right. But its now supposed to be the first 1.5 in 12.30 then the second in 10.30, best efforts. So obviously trying to get a sub 20 minute 3 miler this way isnt easily atainable.

Theres a 30 sec break inbetween? Sounds pretty damn easy. 23:00 with the break maybe.
