Right please dont take this wrong way but if you think your fitness is ok go for it but dont be worrying that you are going to be to tired or worn out for the 28th 1.5 mile runs will be nothing when your in recruit training.m slightly concerned about my pjft because i've not done any running in 3 weeks .
1 week i was snowboarding, so is a kind of fitness, but when i got back from france i had a nasty chest infection which has only just cleared up, have been on antibiotics and what not - even had to cancel my previous pjft because of it
since my pjft is wednesday coming, im worried about doin high cv work incase it wears me down before the 28th, rather than helpin me to buck up so was just going to do lengths down the gym daily (like before bein ill) to help since its so close.
any thoughts? - would really be appreciated
