Are you keeping correct alignment through out the motion ?

Try raising your hips slightly, this should reduce the pressure on your lower back.

rc - yeh my alignment is fine, ive had people watch my technique and theres nay probs there... i think its just a case of not working my lower back as much as my abs because ive been doing some of the exercises/stretches mentioned and its feeling alot better already!
