I heard that someone past with 15 pressups, so that just goes to show, that it is not about how much you can do, it is the your attitude towards them, for example, you could get a guy that could belt out 80 pressups in 2mins whos a complete twat and fails soley on his attitude, and i guy with a sense of humor and tried hes best to get 15 and passes.

True that. That goes for RT as well, obviously you have to be a certain standard but if they see you putting in 110% you'll be fine.

I'm just about to leave to catch the train myself, so I'll keep an ear open for anyone called "Sam/Sammy" once I arrive in lympstone.
If you haven't left yet and you're reading this then I look forward to seeing you down there!

Best of luck,

Oh yeah I did not relise, Sully is right, you should not care about to lowest pass scores as there is none, the pass is in you and you giving
110%.
You will proably be at CTC right about now mate, so the next time you read this, i want a reply saying "PASS"
Kyle.

You ever read the USMC minimum standards? They can still pass if they run 5k in 28 minutes
Oh dear
I agree with KJ - never sell yourself short, always assume that the highest scores are the minimum and push yourself to achieve those, rather than just scraping by (not that thats what you meant of course)

Yeah sorry that message must have read wrong! obviously your going to train to exceed the maximium scores, i posted that out of interest rather than trying to find the minimum to use as my personal goal (if that makes sense)

Fair one Paul - do remember that you can have some savage 'warm-ups' before being tested. Best to see maximums as minimum guaranteed pass - even then attitude plays a big part. If someone is not getting good scores then their attitude is a bit suspect anyway.
