haha fair one mate, probly best to have a little fat i reckon because its your fat storage that holds the most natural energy or something so might be able to go a bit more if you got a little fat on you....i may be wrong but you never know!

Dalo, i liek your signature name, i have all them posters in my garage, 30 more weeks to gom how long can you hold on for, youve had enough, your finished, goodbye, they are all great!!!! I asked my AFCO for some more, i have them in my room as well lol.

The main point is, if you do the PRMC workout your body will naturally mould into its chosen shape, as long as you can do the tests and have it up in your head thats what its all about and i agree with everyone that has posted.
As long as you can do it you will be fine!!
Joined the Corps as a recruit in 2007, Still in today :D

i doubt they will measure your body composition!! but for arguments sake i guess i does not matter as long as you are physicallyu fit and strong
