well i had my hardest training session to date so far, i ran for 10 mins around a football park, and then gave myself a good 20 minute beasting, what i did was: start off at the goal line under the crossbar, sprint to the halfwayline and back and do 20 pressups, i did it again except this time with pull ups off the crossbar, then sit ups and then tuck jumps, there is also a massive hill that must be about 50 metres with a really high incline that i did a few sprints up aswell

i must admit it was a bit of an eye opener, i am a really good runner and my pressups and pullups etc are also pretty good, but when you try to combine both of these its a different kettle of fish, i think if i haden't started doing this i would have failed bottomfield as i was thinking, my cardio is ok so if i dig deep i will make it however i am now going to do this 3 or 4 times a week to make my training as specific as possible

give a workout like this a try yourselves if you don't already and you will see what i mean
