I like the first physical training video. That guy must have been the only one foolish enough to agree to be sent down to Lymptsone. The trip in the water jump is awesome, he does not even react to the trip and just thuds into the dirt. The regain rope is equally hilarious. A great collection.

it truely is funny though, shows that no ordinary person will make it through the bare essentials of training. When he trips in that water, he goes down like a tree thats been chopped.

to be fair he does look like an inner-city living desk jockey, who's idea of healthy living is walking from the bus stop to the office, eating a ceasar salad AND taking the stairs instead of the elevator. Some may call him Superman I'd call him distinctly below average fitness wise.

Can't get the bastard thing to work. The pictures all broken up and it lags to buggery! Am I missing anything good?

lol, funny stuff. Ive overheard this type of conversation many times and thought they needed a good session on bottom field to really see what fitness is all about.

Brian-

I had the same problem trying to view it in Firefox!

If you try and view it in Internet Explorer it should work, ok!

Hope this helps, and is your problem, sorted!

Funnily enough it was IE that wouldn't work, but I just downloaded the new version of Opera and it's fine on that. Thanks anyway though!

Not a bad video after all that..

Doesn't work for me either, perhaps because I'm using Quicktime Alternative :-?
