Looks like I'll hopefully be in the clear then.. I'm not sure exactly what my asthma history is, but basically I used to get ill quite often when I was little, usually in the winter, and was prescribed the occasional Ventolin, but never steroids. I just had a go on a peak flow thingy that I got off my sister and it seemed to be normal, and went up slightly after I knackered myself out with pressups and situps, which is probably good I reckon! I'm going to try it again later though after a run when I'm really breathing out of my arse, should be fun...
