Hey, just a quick one, basically my diet isnt bad,
I eat quite abit of fruit, decent protien and carbs diet, fish etc not much dairy products but enough.
The one thing I do not do, is eat at breakfast is this a major problem in my routine? I havent ever really ate at breakfast just rather drink a pint of water or milk.
Whats your thoughts?

When the doorbell rings why do dogs always think it's for them?
Left-over curry and dark chocolate
pour moi this morning.
After press-ups that is.

Jhallam - always eat breakfast. Sets you up for the day. It needn't be much, but you need something with some quick carbs like sugar and some more complex carbs in your stomach to get you working. Cereal is designed for this purpose, but porridge is the breakfast of kings.
If you have an active lifestyle, as I'm guessing most of the people here should have, the biggest meal of the day should be lunch. Ideally very carb heavy, such as a load of pasta in thick sauce. Have your meat and veg for dinner in the evening.
That way you get enough starches to keep you running throughout the day, and you get a shedload of proteins and vitamins to be digested overnight and be sent to the right parts of the body, ready for when they are needed the next day.

In my opinion, id say that its best to stay away from protien shakes etc etc - as long as you can pull off whats required, whats the point?
Sorry if im being ignorant
I eat what i want when ever i feel like it, although none of it is burgers and stuff like that, even so, id burn any crap away that entered my body. I drink a hell of a lot of milk (dunno if that helps but it seems to have help me a wee bit)

Top dieticians agree that the human body can quite happily survive on a daily diet of a pint of orange juice, a pint of milk, and forty pints of Guinness.

Without trying to sound like a plank.....
What can I eat, that has very little fat or energy?

The reason being.... I'm always hungry, and I don't like it.... so if there's something that I can eat lots of, without getting podgy, could someone please enlighten me??
Cheers,
S
