I am in the RN and don't know how it works in the Army (although I might be getting up close and personal with Army life soon enough!) butcome Friday at 12:30 (sometimes Thursday) it's outa rig into civvies in pub by two in bed by ten :oops:

There's only one thing better than an exercise - ops!

You can't beat the underpants scorching feel of adrenalin.

Fair improves your sprinting techique as well :lol:
