BTW, Lew's method is much better than the HR monitor...

Can't wait to have a crack at it . I was in a funny mood yesterday, so sorry if I errrrrr, over exagerated . I just couldn't be bothered to type the same old "use the fakring search".

For security clearence it depends really mate. It can vary from only a few days to a couple of months. Mine was very quick because I was in the TA before, but it is different depending on your cicumstances.

the time from signing up to PRMC depends on a few factors....how quick your AFCO pushes you through it, how fit you are (and how fit he thinks you are) and also when there is space on the next PRMC. It varies mate. Mine personally was about 3 months.

apply when your ready as then when they are ready for you, you will be even more ready!

(was that sentence in English farked if I knows)

Anyway Cliff, dont rush it, get school squared away and some decent quals, then get the phys right. Your still young body needs to grow etc or else you'll suffer later on believe me.

I'd push yourself everytime you train mate, i dont think you'l be getting many monging sessions in depot especially as your joining a elite unit. Plus thrashing yourself is the quickest and most effective way of getting fit :)

Press ups till your hands bleed and the floor is covered in blood. Bench press till you crap your guts out. Run until you dehydrate and wake up in hospital. Row until you black out. Then do that another 3 times.

Try getting some blood on your spell checker, or even get a dictionary. (Book of Words)

Sooo...general consensus seems to be that a brisk walk from the tv to the fridge every day to get one breathing hard should be enough, then time for tea and cakes? I mean, don't want to break a fingernail or anything. Right?

PS How exactly are your hands meant to bleed from doing pressups...do you do them on spikes? Razor blades? Wearing some kind of hedgehog as a glove?

It's called CTCRM not the Depot. A depot is where buses are found. If you want to thrash yourself then please feel free. So your into S&M then Edwards159. :D
