Quite an easy day all together and the best of it is, you can go home and get a decent sleep over the usual 4-5 hours.

umm basically your parents will go off and listen to a load of crap about what you have been doing and what you will do whilst you have to lectures in the morning. Then you will go off to PT and get ready for the parent to come in and watch you do a phys session. Basically you do the usual stuff that your used to, warm up, intro movements, liveners, and one rope climb, the usual circuit, then the parents start to leave and you do a warm down. You then shoot off back to the accom and go and have scran with your parents. Bout an hour you have, then you go back to the accom and get ready for drill, you do bout half hour drill then the parents come in and watch you do all the movements you learned then your parents get called out to do the drill movements with you. Then they leave. You go back to the accom and pack your stuff within 5 minutes lol, (very little time, pack at any spare time you get before like in the morning and any spare scran time) then you go out collect your parents then go home
