All you people must be proud of your achievements and must have alot of good memories to look back on. Its strange cause i sometimes wonder what all the people who are wanting to or already have signed up will be like in years to come after they have served. Its funny cause then they will be passing on there knowledge and experiences with potential recruits as the cycle continues.

Dan and Danny both passed out a fair while back, LMDavies and Andy both have recently; a lot of the lads I remember on here before starting training myself are only a few weeks away, many of them were originally 881 Tp who are passing out just after leave, though not many of them are still 881 unfortunately. I think there must be at least 10 of us into the last quarter of training, although some of them are in Hunter. Loads more in the early stages of training. Wonder what the MF success rate is?

Just as long as they all pass out. And don't get a Med Discharge.

One bloke who was in 881 tp joined because of me telling him all about the Corp. Mike from Cheshire. He is now in Hunter Troop due to injuring his Hip.

Had a couple of pints with him this weekend. He's determined to hack it. And I reckon he will nay problems.

As it is it was 31 years ago this last Feb when the Artist joined 40 CDORM fresh from the box. Some times it feels like I have never left thanks to the Loons I know and have met on the forums.

ONCE A MARINE, ALWAYS A MARINE. May make people think I'm a sad git but I couldnt give a toss as only a Bootneck would know just what it means to be a Bootneck. Gawd I sound like the Bloke who told me all about the Corp before I joined!!! He was an RAF Cpl PTI who had done his Nine, left and joined the RAF. But by heck he was the sod who made me go for it.
