i did PRMC earlier this year when i was still at school. i can do 1.5 miles in 9.30 and on the 3 miler was the 6th person over the line. i wouldnt have been able to do it if it wasnt for that sign " its only pain, 500 METRES TO GO" as soon as i saw that i started burning. failed on the assault course though got 5.12 !!
