blimey, hope the scan comes up clean.

medicals can reveal things wrong with you that you don't/wouldn't think about, that is what i'm mostly nervous about

just a quick question on training, is it advisable to rest before a couple of days before the fitness test, or should i train like a bitch right up untill that day?

thanks,

Harry :P

You'd need to work 60hrs a week just to afford that many cans of it, you lunatic.

Didn't a bunch of kids in Sweden die from drinking heaps of Red Bull? Although I think that was in conjuction with ecstacy....
Check it out, Independently targetting particle-beam phalanx. VWAP! Fry half a city with this puppy. We got tactical smart-missles, phased plasma pulse-rifles, RPG's. We got sonic electronic ballbreakers, we got nukes, we got knives, sharp sticks..."

All the caffine messes with your pancreas supposedly. Yeah some kids in Sweden had it with vodka and dehydrated and got adult shock syndrome.

I get them free because of where I work, maybe thats half the problem.

Today is my first day clean from them!! hehe I`m on Purdeys multivitamin fruit drinks now. :P

i've been training for the PLFT for a couple of weeks now, and I can feel some improvement.(far more comfortable, less out of breath at te end etc.), the funny thing is though, my times aren't really getting better. They are all within the limits for the PJFT, but i would have to gun it hard to get within the training times. Maybe just some more traing over time will help this :)

i'm a bit confused at Raleigh, I have not been given any gumf on it (although I doubt the stuff the careers lot give is of much help.
Are you there 24/7 for the whole 8/10 weeks, or do you get the weekends off to go home?
