Well Angrybillybob,
If being in close proximity to other people is a problem for you then you should reconsider your career.
Like living on a messdeck with dozens of other blokes, hot bunking when needed.
or try lying up in an OP for days on end with only a couple of Hairy arsed Marines for company.
Or how about sitting up in your sleeping bag all night with the frostbitten feet of your oppo tucked into your warm bits to prevent him from losing his toes.
How about dressing someones wounds, or cleaning up puke
Then what about having two's up, or sloppy seconds as it is sometimes known.
You'll do all of this and much more as a Bootneck, if you can't handle that then you should reconsider .

Bleep test distance
You have such a way with words Archie!
The bleep test IS 20m, I have the copy (the correct copy which goes to level 20 something) and at the beggining it explains it. If anybody wishes to own a copy of it, just give me a shout and i'll post you a copy as I already have done to some users on a different thread.
The P.T.I admitted he made a mistake? I'm sure it was no mistake, just laughing at everyone do badly
Coops

Basic training - ATR Pirbright: 30th August
Hey Guys - thought I’d bring this old post up instead of starting a new one
I did a bleep test last night and got to level 14.4, and did one a few months back and got to 15.2 (I think the first time I did it the distance was 18/19 meters) anyway... it was structured like this:
Level 1 had 6 bleeps (so there was 6 shuttle runs)
Level 2 had 7 bleeps
Level 3 had 7 bleeps
Level 4 had 8 bleeps
Level 5 had 8 bleeps
Level 6 had 9 bleeps
And so on.....
I've heard of bleep tests that have 10 bleeps at every level, so I would really like to know how it is done at CTC? 10 bleeps at every level are structured as above with increasing bleeps?
Really appreciate any feedback
Many thanks guys, and hope all your training is going/goes well
Chris

10 bleeps per level.
10 levels in all, i think the RM bleep test is faster than others cos there was NO walking in ours, was more a quick march sorta speed into a slow jog till level 5/6, then its around 60/70% run from there, till level 10 when its almost a full sprint.
Hard graft.
