chill i was only joking no way will i catch up,
im still getting fit i can't do 4 minute miles i just used it as an example earlier and now everyone thinks i can.....

I don't think that many people in the world could do a 4 minute mile. Anyone that can do that will get a lot of respect from me.

If you have a look at these guys it's almost unbelievable.

If you class a mile as 1600 metres (as opposed to the statute mile of 1609.344 meters) then i calculate they are travelling at 7 metres per second, which equates to 14 seconds per 100 metres for a full mile.

Probably unrelated, but the one and ONLY time I went slightly ahead of my PTI whilst on a Tab , for about a second or something daft like that, I got a RIGHT stuffin for it. It pays to win but not THAT much...
