Sorry to hear about AIB Ben but like everyone says it seems like you've got your head screwed on firmly and are making good plans for your next crack. I must say you've scared the crap out of me though, im on the officer route, am training for POC around April-ish next year. Ive got a very similar background to you (have spoke to you before briefly) and thus has raised my awareness of AIB despite it being many miles away at the moment!
Despite that, could you give me an overview of the tasks involved and if there is any way you can prepare yourself for the stuff they throw at you?
