Running in minutes and not miles is a v.good way to run. try for at least 30mins a time, steady pace. doing miles will mean sooner or later you will get quicker everytime, which is good, but you will loose minutes of training.
i just manage to scrape height requirment by an inch, im about about 5"5 aswel, what a height!! must be 5"4+
