Wish I was going with them!

There was some good footage of 40 Cdo in Kajaki on Channel 4 news yesterday showing them patrolling out in order to keep the Taliban out of range of the dam. There was plenty of lead going both ways it says, the Marines fired thousands rounds.

Since the vid from Sky news mentions that the Paras will be operating in the same area I thought I'd post the link here, the reporter is a bit of a twat though.

Is it a STANAG for using a Budgy? :-?

Yeah, the Channel 4 news team always seems heavily biased towards insurgents and extremists in their reports, Jon Snow was almost fawning over one of the guys who was released from terrorism charges by the High Court when he interviewed him. :roll:

However it is a good news programme for world affairs with in-depth reports rather than just a brief outline like on the BBC & ITV evening news.
