Ah right ok then, well in that case I heard from my mate that cause Para Reg are so fecking hardcore they don't need the parachute training anymore as the C130's are just going to fly really low now so the guys can just jump out without their chutes so there's no need for the expense of teaching the lads how to parachute as all they need to do is jump and roll.Element wrote:Who cares, i was contributing on what ive heard to this specific topic reguardless to how believeble it is.
.............What do you mean you don't believe me??? I told you I heard it from my mate didn't I?

...cheers for that.Rogue Chef wrote:Judging by the Para Reg lads I work with that would never happen. They'd be too busy gelling their hair!
We leave the gelling to the crabs. The PJI's must get through a fair load of the stuff. They think they are the allyest men on the earth

I work with quite a few of your lads.
Here is a pic of one of them when he was in NI. As you can see a master of disguise.

Name by PM to me please.
Here's a couple more of the lads with my daughters:

Truly dedicated to maintaining there cover!
And finally this is a fairly recent pic, taken halfway up the only mountain for miles around here. There are two Bootnecks, two hospital technicians and one Para.

Can you guess which is which?

I worked with the chap in the bird suit from about 1995 until 2001. He contacted me again shortly after I arrived out here and asked about the job...... the rest is history!
He joined us in spring 2005 and hasn't forgiven me yet!
Andy (floral shorts) wasn't going to come with us that day until somebody mentioned the chicks would be there!
