Ive not given this video to anyone else, so i doubt you have seen it. But i imagine you already have lots of videos of scimitars getting rounds down. :)

Just looking back at everything, they were pretty awesum out there. Loved watching the 30mm just going through buildings and coming out the other side!

Yeah, must have been really tough. We never had any hesco, MMGs, 81 mors or anti tanks for our entire 2 months in Musa Qaleh. We also only had arty for our first couple of weeks. Not to mention no casevac or resup most of the time, plus defending a Company position with 25 blokes until the Danes turned up.

Greenronnie what were thoughts on that OP where we had to put a diversion so you guys could get out off Musa Qaleh and the way it turned out. And who's bloody idea was it.

And is it true the Danish would'nt come out which was the reason we had to do it.

Mate, you've lost me there. Stand by for PM.

Ref the danish, they've had a bit of a bad rep, which is totally unjustified as far as I can see it. They were pretty good, especially since not many of them had any operational experience.

I never really saw much of the Daines Im just going back what was being said. Not the Danish blokes but there Goverment restricting what they could do but its probably Hear say.

I tell you who I did like, and that was the Estonians. They seemed a good buch of blokes.

The Estonians were cool. A bit gung-ho, yank-like but quite funny guys.

Did you see that party they had in Camp Bastion with the fire and beer, and then they started playing games? :-? Looked quite amusing. :)

Well they weren't restricted when they were stuck in Musa Qaleh with us, they dropped a lot of ordnance in the area and pretty quickly got with the programme after initially being a bit hesitant during the attacks. They were a good crack too, had a very similar sense of humour to us Brits. What was impressive was a female soldier with them who was cutting around all over the place getting stuck into contacts, casevacs etc.

You got it!

I might see if I can get a shortened, censored version put together for general viewing. Won't be until the New Year sometime though, off jumping in California in a couple of days.

Damn!! I knew you were going to say that

But seriously though, any kind of footage would be great if you do get the chance although it looks as though you'll have much better things to do!!

Have a good trip :D
