Which see's more of 'the world'?

Post by synrg »

hiya

i am currently at college and truthfully - life is BOLLOX! anyway...i am thinking of joining the military when i leave, and if i did join i would want to see alot of the world, be in the "thick of the action" as the Army calls it, and see places that i would never see as a civvie.

i have been thinking of joining the Marines, my mate is in there now and he says its "OK" - he says they get pissed every night and all that, and hes come back saying the old famous word "mate" after every sentance, where i come from we say "lad" not "mate" :P

anyway which unit see's more of the world? anything provided im on the ground on foot.

ta'

Cosmonauts, Astronauts and Mission Specialists see it all.
Mexican bandit, "Badges?! We don't need no stinking badges....."
Major Kong, "Shoot, a fella could have a pretty good weekend in vegas with all that stuff....."
Gore, "The first casualty of war is your underpants....."
