Hi All

Thought I better introduce myself and quit being a bystander.

I'm ex-TA and ex-RN. I was lucky enough to avoid any RAF time.

Hope you don't mind a girl joining.

Sisyphus

If your daughter was a wafu then its likely(small world) and as for my sins, with you being an ex-bootie I don't think that there is anything that I could tell you that you haven't heard before!

Loz

What kind of fast, two wheeled thing do you have?

Sport bikes, eh?

I used to cycle to work on my trusty Marin but when I changed jobs a 70 mile round trip was a bit far. Use my car just now but I'm doing my CBT next week so I can use my blokes little 125 for getting through traffic.

He has an EN500 for getting to work and a Harley for the posing bit. 8)

I wouldn't mind what style of bike I had but I think that a sport bike would be a bit too much for him. Looking at a Guzzi or a sporty (harley) at the mo, for later

Do you do any of the big shows, Speedfreaks, Bulldog, etc?

I don't know about that. One rally I was doing the gate for this guy turned up on a bike with sidecar. Onthe back of the sidecar were two pink mountain bikes (we guessed that they weren't his). He peels back the door for the side car and out pops three kids and all the gear for the weekend! :o

Even at the big doos people turn up in cars.

Love doing rallys. Its like being out in the field again except theres no green kit and you can get pissed! :drinking:
