Has anone else been to a belgian restaurant? went to one called Belgo's I think the other day. The food menu was a page long mussels+chips mostly, but the beer menu was the size of a small book! Glad to see they got the priorities right!

Bootneck,
I don't like birch beer, I think it is bitter. I've attempted to drink it several times, but it is like drinking extract and carbonation. Do you like it?

Whilst I was in Amsterdam I was drinking a beer called Bavaria. Not to sure if it's a German or a Dutch bee but very good. I was drinking it all the time, I would recommend it. :drinking: :P

GERMOLINE!God I'll remember that smell all of my life.
I cannot think of anything in the US that comes close.Oh,apart from Birch Beer.Yes it's a soft drink.
Vic's vapor rub is another stink I'll never forget.
My mother used it for everything.Colds,Chicken Pox,Flu,Broken limbs,if you got it,mum would rub Vic's on it.
"There that will make it better".

I used to drink stuff called Scorpian. A crate of it was cheep, it tasted nice and got you pissed. A pint of Carlsberg also does nicely. A shot of Aftershock after is also a good touch.

How do people drink cans of beer? Its f@#k horrible. A can of fosters once lasted me an hour because I couldnt stand the taste. If it doesnt come in a glass or a bottle my night is ruined.

^Yep. Keith's is good. So is Moosehead.

So many good Canadian beers... So little time to drink them all.
