Yep, they protect Aldergrove (which is also Belfast International) primarily as it is a military airfield and are assigned the surrounding area as their TAOR (Tactical Area of Responsibility (thanks to setevr for reminding me). This, as far as I'm aware, is their main role although they do pop up in funny places sometimes.
The RAF Regt lads might be able to shed more light.
To clarify 21's post below......The RAF Police are seperate and not the same thing as the RAF Regiment.
