Hey lads,
I'm in a bit of a situation. I was born outside UK (within EU) and came to England when I was 16. I started college straightaway and did my A-levels. As I knew that Unis want at least GCSEs English and Maths, I did those simultaneously with my a-levels.
I'm currently in my 2nd year at uni, about to progress to the final year. I have two queries though.
First, I am about to apply for British citizenship which would hopefully result in me having dual nationality. Is this a barrier to entry for the Officer course?
Second, I've read that one needs 5 GCSEs to be eligible for applying. However, as having a degree isn't a necessity anymore, would the fact that I have one mitigate my situation and be enough to overcome that barrier?
Apologies if those questions have been answered in other threads.
