Hi, I have been in the process of applying for the Royal Military Police. This however is not what I actually wanted to do to start of with. I wanted to join the Royal Marines. This however was boycotted by my parents so a compromise was made (RMP). Anyway, I have been struggling to get 60 on the barb test. My scores were 50 and then 58. I have only got one more shot at it before I have to wait a year. Should I resist is or should I apply for the Royal Marines.
Thanks

What shall I do?
Re: What shall I do?
You can practice the barb test on line to improve your scores. If you want to try out for the RMC then go for it and tell your parents when you have passed.

If you want to be a Marine, go for the Royal Marines. You are the one who will be doing the job for the next however many years.
As a Royal Marine you can specialise to become a member of the Royal Marines Police, so you can still have the police option open to you.
