medical discharge diabetes

i was diagnosed with diabetes type 1 nearly 2 years ago, i then had medicals and boards etc, it was decided that because i was fit and able i would be graded MLD no restrictions. i have just seen a new doctor who has nothing to do with occupational health saying that i should be discharged because i have diabetes. obviously the stress and worry of this is concerning me, is there a real straight answer as to whether the army will discharge me?
