Paras after sandhurst?

What percentage of your intake at sandhurst do you have to be to get offered a commission in the Paras? and is there anyway to increase your chances of an offer?

First of all it was never offered you had to apply then pass the P Course, and you have to do the same course as the men and you will wind up in the ring with one of them knocking seven bells out of you.

obviously you apply, I'm saying what percentage of the intake do you have to be in for them to take your application seriously

The Para's will size you up during the P Course and other interviews, if they all rubbish then they will all fail, but they pick the people they want and percentages don't come into it.
